The 2026 1st IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) International Meeting (IM) will be held at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong SAR, China, on 18 – 21 January 2026. The theme of this year’s meeting is Global Power and Energy Systems Resilience: Leveraging Collaborative Expertise. Papers of quality are invited to present original work or practical experiences relating, but not restricted, to the topics below. Submission Notes
The Technical Program Committee will review all Papers. Acceptance will be individually informed through email.
- Papers (maximum length five (5) pages) must be prepared in accordance with the procedures outlined in the PES Authors Kit, available on the PES website.
- Full papers must be submitted to the online submission and review site (Papers identified as Part 1 and Part 2 papers will NOT be accepted).
- Opening May 2025, the IEEE PES and IEEE PES International Meeting website home pages will include a link to the submission site.
- All papers must be submitted by 1 July 2025. Authors will be advised via email of acceptance or rejection of the paper by 20 September 2025. If revisions are required, authors will be notified prior to that date.
