Best Paper Presentation
Selected Best Papers are required to present in two formats: firstly in the Poster Session and then in the Best Paper Presentation Session (10-min presentation for each paper).
For the Best Paper Presentation Session, authors must use the official IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) PowerPoint template, which can be downloaded here:
Poster Session (for Best Papers)
There is no fixed poster template, but the poster size must follow A1 format (≈ 594 mm × 841 mm). Orientation should be portrait according to the venue’s board size:
Poster Printing & Author Equipment
Authors should bring their own printed posters to the conference, as there will be no on-site poster-printing service available.
Please ensure that your poster is mounted correctly and removed at the end of the session.
