The 2026 1st IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) International Meeting (IM) will be held at the Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong SAR, China, on 18 – 21 January 2026. The theme of this year’s meeting is Global Power and Energy Systems Resilience: Leveraging Collaborative Expertise. Papers of quality are invited to present original work or practical experiences relating, but not restricted, to the topics below. Papers will be recommended for publication in EI, Scopus, and IEEE Xplore. Mark your calendar for this exciting event!

Submission Notes

The Technical Program Committee will review all Papers. Acceptance will be individually informed through email.
  • Papers (maximum length five (5) pages) must be prepared in accordance with the procedures outlined in the PES Authors Kit, available on the PES website.
  • Full papers must be submitted to the online submission and review site (Papers identified as Part 1 and Part 2 papers will NOT be accepted).
